  I've worked with Adam on a variety of projects over the past 15 years. Typically, it's been in an agency context, and it's a project where "good enough" is not good enough. Adam is a master storyteller, and his ability to coax a compelling story out of seemingly ordinary footage and people and settings is evident within 3 or 4 seconds of his edit, and that's the reason we'd hire and re-hire him. His end-to-end working proficiency with all aspects of direction and production allows him to "see" a bigger picture, and while I'm often amazed or even a little bored by his technical understanding of equipment and cameras and tools, I think what makes Adam a great producer is that depth of technical understanding across the various disciplines in a given production and also across channels, from DVD to web and everywhere video goes inbetween.
